Baby Reflexology Workshop

This hands-on workshop is a special opportunity to bond with your baby through therapeutic touch, led by our amazing Registered Massage Therapist and Yoga Instructor. Not only will your baby feel the love and attention, but these gentle touch techniques can help boost their immune system, support digestion, and even promote better sleep—for both of you! You'll learn about the rich history of reflexology and discover the many benefits for both adults and babies. You’ll get the opportunity to practice these calming techniques on your baby’s feet, creating a peaceful and enjoyable routine you can carry with you at home. What to bring: Just your baby, we’ve got everything else covered! Enrollment is for 1 parent and baby and is best suited for infants who are not actively crawling.
