The Hillcrest Village Business Improvement Area (HVBIA) provides a voice for the business community. As the Board of Management, develops our plan and budget for 2027, we are asking every HVBIA Business Owner and/or Property Owner to complete this survey. Your input is essential in determining how we can best serve your needs in the coming year.

By working collectively as a BIA, all local businesses have the organizational and funding capacity to work in partnership with each other and the City of Toronto to enhance the quality of life in Hillcrest Village to create a thriving, competitive, safe business area to attract shoppers, tourists, diners and new businesses.

Following the events at Salsa on St. Clair 2026, the BIA will no longer sponsor or support the festival. Through this survey, we welcome your perspectives on community events, opportunities to support your business, and where you would like us to focus our efforts.
