Last chance to apply for the City of Toronto’s Business Incubation and Commercialization grant 

The City of Toronto is accepting applications for the 2026 Business Incubation and Commercialization (BIC) Grant Program. The BIC Grant Program provides financial support to not-for-profit incubators and entrepreneurship organizations interested in creating business formation, innovation and job creation in Toronto and who provide robust programming to entrepreneurs, businesses and start-ups. Private, for-profit businesses are ineligible for this program. Applications close this Friday, November 28, at 5 p.m. Learn more and apply.

Applications are closing soon for the 2026 Entrepreneurs in Residence at Toronto Public Library 

Toronto Public Library is seeking experienced entrepreneurs to join us as one of our Entrepreneurs in Residence, in 2026. These eight-week residencies offer a unique opportunity to share your expertise with the community, help aspiring entrepreneurs succeed in small business ventures and lead impactful programming. Candidates with a track record of successfully developing small- to medium-sized businesses in Canada, along with a strong background in community engagement and supporting entrepreneurs, are encouraged to apply.
