In December 2023, staff brought forward a report to City Council summarizing progress to-date and further change needed to implement Bill 109, the More Homes for Everyone Act, 2022. As part of that ongoing implementation effort, the City is updating the requirements for complete development applications in its Official Plan.
City Planning will be hosting a virtual public Open House in advance of a Recommendations Report on an Official Plan Amendment to Planning and Housing Committee on May 9, 2023. Please see below for Open House information. The attached notice provides additional details.
